摘要
对结晶器电磁搅拌改善大方坯质量进行了工业性对比试验,并对电磁搅拌参数进行了优化,在现有的工艺条件下,达到了改善铸坯中心偏析和中心疏松的目的。
Industrial comparative trials with electromagnetic stirring were done to improve the quality of billet and the electromagnetic stirring parameters optimized. At the present production conditions, the results of trials showed that centerline segregation and central porosity are improved.
