根据系泊链自身产品的结构特点,对磁粉探伤的工件表面状况,磁化规范,磁粉性能等因素的影响进行分析,为提高磁粉探伤的检测质量,操作中应综合考虑这些因素,以便于工件的表面缺陷能被准确的予以判断,提高表面缺陷检测准确性。
According to the structural characteristics of anchor chain, an analysis of the surface state of the workpiece to be MP-inspected, magnetization criterion and MP performance was done. In order to improve the quality of MP inspection, the above-mentioned factors should be comprehensively considered in operation to the effect that surface disfigurements of the work-piece can be accurately judged and the inspection veracity of the surface disfigurement can be enhanced.
