提高转炉优钢水口自开率

摘要 炼钢厂银山前区通过采取深入研究铬质引流砂的特性、调整铬质引流砂的加入方式、改进现场存放制度、推行标准化装包作业、固定连铸机液压缸丝头等措施,使钢包水口自开率由86%左右提高到95%以上,解决了转炉优钢全精炼条件下80 t钢包水口自开率低,直接影响连铸生产的稳定顺行以及优钢产品质量的问题,提升了转炉优钢质量,保障了生产顺行,降低了环境污染。 The automatic opening rate of the ladle nozzle was lifted from around 86% to above 95%, through the measures of lubricating the characteristics of chrome-containing diversion sand , adjusting the adding mode of it, improving on the on-the-spot storing system, introducing standardized charging operation and fixing up CCM hydraulic cylinder screwed joint, solving the problem of low automatic opening rate of the 80-t ladle nozzle under the condition of converter quality steel full refining, which directly influences the smooth and safe running in CCM production and the quality of the steel. Doing so not only enhances the quality of converter steel, and ensures the smooth running, but also reduces environmental pollution.
