随着1^#-3^#转炉的挖潜及4^#转炉出钢量的增加,炼钢厂浇二跨24^#行车额定负载能力不足的隐患已经对炼钢厂的安全生产造成了较大影响。通过对现状进行的一系列研究,实现了由75 t升级为85 t的改造,延长了行车备件使用寿命,彻底消除了超载现象,取得了良好的社会效益。

Along with the tapping of latent potentialities for No. 1 - 3 converters, and the increase of converter＇s tapping quantity, the hidden danger of insufficient rated load of the No. 24 travelling crane in the works gave rise to bigger influences for safe production in the plant. Through a series of researches aimed No. 4 Steelat the present situation , a reform of its capacity to be lifted from 75 t up to 85 t was carried out, lengthening the driving spare parts＂ service life, eliminating the overload phenomenon thoroughly, obtaining good economic results.
