摘要
研究采用电炉-LF精炼-连铸-轧制（控冷）工艺生产YF45MnV非调质钢的关键技术,采用该工艺试制生产的钢性能稳定、纯净度高、切削性能良好,完全可以满足用户替代调质钢（45）的需求。
The key process of unquenched-tempered steel （ YF45 MnV ） manufactured by electric furnace-refining-continuous casting-rolling （controlled cooling） was researched on. The results show that the steel, with steady properties, high purity and fine cutting ability, can completely satisfy the customer＇s requirements in substituting quenched-tempered steel （45）.
