摘要
对齿轮钢钢材锯切下料时遇到的锯切障碍现象进行了系统的分析,在锯切面的局部发现了较为密集的大颗粒硬质夹杂物。认为引起这种现象的原因是钢水在浇铸过程中,硬质夹杂物如Al2O3、TiN等在盛钢水包壁上的耐火材料表面发生聚集,并在钢水冲刷作用下一起脱落进入到钢水中。由于到此后的钢水没有得到充分的搅拌或流动,造成钢材的局部区域存在着比较多的大颗粒硬质夹杂物,导致了该区域的硬度升高,从而使锯切到此处的锯片发生变形或断齿,引起了下料时的锯切障碍。
A systematic analysis of saw cutting handicap for gear steel was done, in which on local parts of saw cutting surface denser large-granular hard inclusions were found. The cause of it was thought to be the fact that hard inclusions like Al2O3 and TiN get together on the surface of refractory on the ladle walls during the casting and fall off into the molten steel under the action of molten steel washing out. Because of the molten steel arriving here not being fully stirred or smoothly running, on local parts of the steel exist more large-grain hard inclusions, which result in the increase of its hardness, thus making the saw blade that moves here distorted or its saw teeth broken, leading to the faults of saw cutting
