摘要 银山型钢炼钢厂自2004年7月投产后,随着工艺的不断成熟、品种的迅速开发,对钢包的条件要求日益严格。结合本厂生产工艺特点剖析钢包周转过程的时间及温度,以降低转炉出钢温度,稳定过程温降为目的,建立钢包周转模式,以便于稳定连铸中间包钢水过热度,为连铸优质顺行提供了保证。 Since the Steelworks, Yinshan Section Steel Co. , Ltd went into production in July, 2004, along with the increasing mature of techniques and fast development of varieties, the request for ladle condition is increasingly rigorous. Based on an analysis of the time and temperature of ladle turn-around, in light of process technical specialities of our works, with a view of dropping the tapping temperature of converters, stabilizing temperature drop in processing, a mode of the ladle turn-around was established, in order to stabilize the superheat of molten steel in ladles, offering a pledge for fine and smooth casting.
