硫酸亚铁铵滴定法测定钒氮铁合金中钒

摘要 试样以硫磷硝混合酸溶解试样后,在特定的高酸度条件下,用过硫酸铵氧化钒为五价钒,以N-苯基代邻氨基苯甲酸为指示剂,用硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液滴定钒,取得了较好的效果。在此特定的高酸度条件下,氧化剂过硫酸铵只氧化钒为五价钒,试液中的铬、锰、铈等元素不被氧化,避免了铬、锰、铈等元素对滴定钒元素的影响。简化了操作程序,缩短了分析周期,满足了炼钢生产的需要。 After the sample was dissolved with a mixed acid of sulphuric acid, phosphonic acid and nitric acid, at a given condition of high acidity, with ammonium-persulfate-oxidized vanadium as pentavalent vanadium and N-phenylated anthranilatic acid as an indicator, the standard solution of ammonium ferrous sulfate was used to titrate vanadium, showing good results. Under the given condition of high acidity, the oxidant of ammonium persulphate only oxidizes vanadium into pentavalent vanadium, but doesnt oxidize the elements such as chromium, manganese and cerium, thus avoiding their influences on the titration of vanadium, simplifying operating procedures, shortening the analytical cycle and meeting the need in steelmaking
