苯系物对作业女工生殖机能的影响研究

Study on the Effects of Benzene/Toluene/Xylene Exposure on Reproductive Function of Occupational women

采用回顾性调查研究接触苯、甲苯和二甲苯对育龄女工生植机能的影响。接触组为某制鞋公司的104名育龄女工，对照组为不接触任何毒物的某微型电机有限公司装配车间的132名育龄女工，两组女工的年龄、婚龄、工龄、生活习惯和文化程度以及配偶情况均衡。研究结果表明接融组月经周期不规则，月经量增多，妊高症、自发流产的发生率也较对照组明显增高，接触组子代的体格和智力发育均较对照组迟缓，因而为保护女工及下一代的健康．车间空气的本系物浓度应进一步降低。

The retrospective study on the effects of benzeue/tolueue/xylene exposure on menstruationstatus, pregnancy courses, pregnaucy outcomes and offspring's mental and physial deve1opment of 104occupational women in shoe-making compeuies was conducted by face-to-face iuterview. 132 women wbodid not eipose to any ckemical hazards were selected as control group. The results. showed that theprevanlence of irregular meustruation, pregnant-hypertensin , and spontaneous abortion in exposedgroup were significautly higher than that of coutrol group. In addition. the menstrual volume ofexposed group was larger tban that of control group. The physical and intellectual development ofexposed-gtoup's offspring were retarded comparing with that of control group. the mean newborn birthbodyweight and the prevaleuce of low- birth- body-weight of exposure womeu's offspriug werenonsignificantly higber than that in control group.
