摘要
本文报道了以β-苯乙胺为原料,经酰化保护、硝化、再水解的方法制备了标题化合物(Ⅰ)的盐酸盐,总产率约为75%。研究结果表明.硝化反应的分别加酸法可提高产率.减少副反应;用盐酸通过蒸除产生乙酸的方法高收率地进行了水解反应。
β- (4-nitro)-phenethylamine, a key intermediate in new drug research, was prepared inabout 75% overall yield from β-phenethylamine, via acetylation, nitrification and hydrolysis. Inthis paper we used that su1furic acid nys first dropped then added uitric acid second and that theacetic acid from the hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid was slowly evaporated in vacuun after reflux.
