摘要
对双环戊二烯(DCPD)气相解聚制备环戊二烯(CPD)的工艺进行了改进。在原 DCPD 气相解聚工艺的基础上增加了汽化器、预热器和 N_2切线进料。在改进的工艺下,考察了 N_2用量、原料 DCPD 的停留时间对 DCPD 解聚率的影响。实验结果表明,优化的 DCPD 解聚条件为:n(N_2):n(DCPD)=1:1,解聚温度280℃,停留时间8 s。在优化的操作条件下,在500 k/d 规模的中试装置上进行了1000 h 连续运转实验。中试结果表明,连续运转1 000 h 后,DCPD 的解聚率仍保持在99.0%,反应器没有出现结焦现象。
Vapor-phase depolymerization of dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) diluted by nitrogen was studied. Referring to previous work of the author, the depolymerization process was improved by installation of an evaporator, a pre-mixing tube and tangential entry of N2. The appropriate amount of N2 and residence time of DCPD were studied. The trial in a 500 kg/d capacity plant after 1 000 h continuous operation showed that the new process could keep depolymerization conversion of DCPD over 99% without coke deposited in the reactor, under the conditions of 280 ℃, n(N2) : n(DCPD) 1 : 1 and residence time 8 s. The improvement brought about reductions of both N: consumption and residence time. This research provides vigorous technological base for scaling up of DCPD depolymerization process to industrial production.
