摘要
对消除工业过程排放的卤代烃(CCl_4、氯氟烃和全氟烃)废气的裂解吸附法进行了综述。重点对近年来报道的用于裂解CCl_4,CCl_3F,CCl_2F_2的 CaO 和 MgO 等碱上金属氧化物吸附剂、裂解 CF_4 f的γ-Al_2O_3吸附剂进行了总结和比较。改性γ-Al_2O_3裂解吸附 CF_4的稳定性较好,但 CF_4转化率不高,应改进γ-Al_2O_3的制备方法,增加比表面积和孔体积以提高其活性和氟容量。
Research of destructive adsorption for decomposition of chlorinated-, chloro-fluoroalkanes and per-fluoro-carbons had been reviewed. The adsorbents of magnesium and calcium oxides for destructive adsorption of CCl4 and CFCs(CCl3F,CCl2F2), and T-Al2O3 for decomposition of CF4 were summarized. Comparatively, T-Al2O3 is considered as a more promising adsorbent for destructive adsorption of CF4. The preparation of 7-Al2O3 with high specific surface area for high conversion of CF4 should be researched in future. As a conclusion, the destructive adsorption provides a practical route for abatement of alkyl halide emitted from industrial processes.
