Combining the requests of talented middle school teachers＇ market for experienced middle school teachers and the needs of reform of middle school education and teaching, this paper offers a method of the whole course-tracking-testing and its operating plan. It also sums up this reformed testing method and its practicing results. It points out that the key to reform the teaching material and teaching methods is the reform of measurement and assessment.
