摘要
结合驼峰编组场调速设备T.JK型车辆减速器电子传感式控制装置开发研制和上道试验的实践过程,从我国驼峰编组场调速设备现状、控制方式、工作原理、技术条件、压力值控制精度等方面提出探讨性意见,提出了采用电子传感式控制装置和大通径阀的可行性,为T.JK型车辆减速器升级换代产品的开发应用和推广积累经验。
The article puts forward some suggestions regarding the current situation, controlling mode, working principle, technical factors and pressure controlling accuracy of retarders in Chinese hump yards, considering the practice of R&D and on-track test of electronic sensing controller for T.JK car retarders. The article also introduces the feasibility of using electronic sensing controller and large-diameter commutation valve, and accumulates experience for developing and application of upgraded T.JK retarders and its marketing.
