Sociological Perspective of Current Chinese Housing Problems

在分析既有文献并作了相关调查研究的基础上,指出目前房价问题可以界定为一个严格的社会学意义上的社会问题。该问题产生的主要社会原因是社会结构的失调导致房地产市场的失范以及地方政府行为和某些特殊群体的行为失范,其根本的解决措施调节失范行为,回归和谐,处理好"两个博弈"和"一个关怀"。

On the basis of the analysis of both the existing literature and related investigations and studies, the paper points out that the current housing price can be defined as social problems in strict sociological sense, the main social cause of which is the imbalance in the social structure, which results in the real estate market anomie and behavior anomie of the local governments and certain special groups, and so the fundamental solution is to regulate the anomie behavior,return to harmony and properly handle the ＂two games＂ and ＂one caring.＂
