This paper discusses on the value orientation of truth, goodness and beauty in technological innovation; the harm of contravention of truth, goodness and beauty; and the principles that science and technology personnel should obey with the theory of scientific and technological ethnics and scientific and technological aesthetics. So that we can pay more attention to the conception of scientific innovation during technological innovation activities while we build up the innovative country.
