摘要
研究了涂有NaC l+Na2SO4混合盐膜的P122钢焊接接头在650℃空气中的热腐蚀行为。采用X射线衍射和带有能谱的扫描电镜对腐蚀产物进行了分析。试验结果表明,在650℃增加氯化钠的含量,腐蚀速率增加,焊接接头表面形成疏松的氧化层。在相同的腐蚀条件下,P122钢焊接接头的各个区域中,焊缝是整个焊接接头耐热腐蚀最薄弱的区域;P122钢焊接接头在650℃的条件下经过热腐蚀以后得到的热腐蚀产物为Fe2O3、Na3Fe(SO4)和Na2Fe2O4。此外还探讨了P122钢焊接接头的热腐蚀机制。
Hot corrosion behavior of welded joints of P122 steel coated with a thin film of NaCl+Na2SO4 in air at 650 ℃ was studied.The corroded samples were examined by XRD and SEM coupled with EDAX to study the scale structure and composition.The experimental results indicated that with the increase of the content of NaCl corrosion rate increase at 650 ℃,and loosened oxide layer formed on the surface.Corrosion in the same conditions,weld is the weakest region resistance to hot corrosion in welded joints of P122.The main heat corrosion products of P122 steel joints is Fe2O3;Na3Fe(SO4) and Na2Fe2O4.The corrosion mechanism was also discussed.
