当前高校辅导员专业化建设的障碍与突破

Obstacles and Breakthrough in the Building of the Specialization of Counsellors in Colleges and Universities

本文运用文献归纳法、比较法、定性与定量研究相结合等方法,深入分析了当前高校辅导员专业化建设存在的知识结构失衡、职责缺乏分工、机制尚未完善三个障碍。针对这些障碍,本文着眼于我国高校辅导员工作的实际情况,提出了突破当前障碍的三个设想。

By means of literature induction, comparison, qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper makes a full analysis of the obstacles that exist in the specialization buildup, probes the basic rules in the work of counsellors, and, based on the reality of China＇s college counsellors, focuses on the removal of those obstacles with a view to seeking a route to the development of counsellors＇ specialization, which bears Chinese characteristics and which is easy to operate.
