摘要
深化人事制度改革是高职院校人才强校的根本和办出特色的关键。人事制度改革是一项复杂的系统工程,是高职院校改革的重点和难点,具有极其重大的现实意义。在实施高职院校人事制度改革的过程中,要坚持以人为本的管理理念,注意解决好人事机制、分配机制的配套问题,并努力做好教职工的思想发动和观念转变工作。
To strengthen higher vocational colleges by talents and to build their own characteristic, it is essential to deepen the reform of personnel system. It is of great practical significance to reform the personnel system that is a complicated and systemic project. It is the reform focus and difficult point for the higher vocational colleges. In the process of the personnel system reformation, we should adhere to the human-oriented management concept, and deal with the supporting problems about the personnel mechanism and distribution mechanism. Meanwhile, we should make more efforts to stimulate the faculty and to change their mode of thinking.
