眼氨肽注射液中氨基酸的含量测定

Assaying amino acid in Ocular Extractives Injection

目的测定眼氨肽注射液中氨基酸的含量。方法运用AccQ.Tag方法对眼氨肽注射液中氨基酸进行衍生化处理,用反相HPLC分离衍生产物,用紫外检测器以外标法在248nm处定量检测衍生化物。结果各种氨基酸的含量符合规定。结论本方法峰分离度好,结果准确可靠,可以用于眼氨肽注射液的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To assay the content of amino acids in Ocular Extractives Injection. METHODS Use the method of AceQ · Tag to make the amino acid that in Ocular Extractives derivative, and use the RP--HPLC separation derivative product,then use the external standard method by UV detector to assay the derivative material at 248nm. RESULTS After using the method of AccQ · Tag to make the amino acid that in Ocular Extractives derivative,the content of every amino acid is acceptable. CONCLUSION After using the method of AccQ · Tag to make the amino acid that in Ocular Extractives derivative , peak separation very nice, the results are reliability and accuracy, the method can be used for the determination of Ocular Extractives Injection.
