脉络宁胶囊质量标准研究

Study the quality standard of Mailuoning Capsules

目的建立脉络宁胶囊的质量标准控制方法。方法采用TLC法对本品中的牛膝、石斛、金银花进行鉴别；采用HPLC法对本品中的肉桂酸进行含量测定。结果在TLC色谱图中可检出牛膝、石斛、金银花；肉桂酸在0．1124～0．562μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为96．51％，RSD=0．60％。结论所建立的方法可靠、准确、专属性强，可有效控制脉络宁胶囊的质量。

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard of Mailuoning Capsules. METHODS The Achyranthes bidentata BL. , Dendrobium Lindl. ,Lonicera japonica Thunb. were identified by TLC;The content of cinnamic acid was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The spots in TLC were quite clear, the linear range of cinnamic acid was 0. 1124 - 0. 562μg （ r = 0. 9999）,the average recovery was 96.51% with RSD 0. 60%（ n =5）. CONCLUSION The method was reliable,specifie and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of Mailuoning Capsules.
