摘要
目的:初步探讨锌指转录因子Slug在早孕小鼠胚胎植入过程中的作用。方法:用RT-PCR和免疫组织化学方法分别检测未孕及妊娠1-7d小鼠子宫内膜Slug在mRNA水平和蛋白水平的表达。结果:RT-PCR半定量结果显示,早孕小鼠子宫内膜组织Slug的表达高于未孕小鼠子宫内膜组织,且随着妊娠天数的增加呈现逐渐增加的趋势,到妊娠4d达最高。进一步通过免疫组化也显示小鼠子宫内膜有Slug蛋白表达,且其表达规律与RT-PCR结果基本一致。结论:Slug在妊娠早期子宫内膜持续表达,可能参与了胚泡植入过程。
Objective: To explore the expression of Slug in mouse endometrium during early pregnancy. Methods: Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry were used to investigate Slug mRNA and protein expression in mouse endometrium of unpregnancy and pregnancy d 1-7, respectively. Results: RT-PCR and immunohistochemiological analysis showed that the expressions of both Slug mRNA and protein in endometrium of pregnant mice were higher than those of non-pregnant mice, and gradually augmented tendency as days went and reached the highest level at pregnant d 4. Conclusion: Upregulation of Slug expression may play a key role during embryo implantation.
