促红细胞生成素产生肝细胞受体-配体系统在胚胎着床和发育中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 促红细胞生成素产生肝细胞受体(erythropoietin-producing hepatocellular receptor,Eph受体)是受体酪氨酸激酶家族成员之一,通过与配体Ephrin结合发挥生物功能。Eph-Ephrin系统有16个受体成员和8个配体成员,均为膜蛋白结构,受体配体结合后发生细胞双向信号传递,调节胚胎对子宫内膜的粘附和侵入,引导胚胎血管重塑,促进胚胎多个系统发育。本文综述了Eph-Ephrin系统在胚胎着床和发育中的作用。
