自然周期冷冻胚胎移植后下肢深静脉血栓1例 被引量:1

摘要 下肢深静脉血栓是一种常见的血管疾病,多见于长时间制动、卧床者,静脉壁损伤后、肿瘤、口服避孕药以及妊娠者。主要发生机制是由于血管内皮损害,使胶原暴露,导致血小板聚集,组织促凝血酶原激酶释放,造成高凝状态,触发凝血机制。近几十年来,辅助生育技术中促排卵药物的使用也成为深静脉血栓的病因之一,较常见于卵巢过度刺激综合征(ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)。但是在自然周期冷冻胚胎移植周期发生深静脉血栓还没见有报道。本文报道1例自然周期进行冷冻胚胎移植者发生下肢深静脉血栓的病例。
