肝移植术后乙肝复发预防策略
摘要
肝移植是目前治疗肝炎肝硬化终末期的有效手段，但术后乙肝复发或再感染是导致移植肝失功的主要原因，严重影响移植病人的预后。因此，预防乙肝复发是肝移植整体工作的一项重要环节。现结合昆明医学院第一附属医院器官移植中心50例病例进行分析总结。
