机器人辅助脑立体定向手术

Robot Assistance in Stereotactic Neurosurgery

摘要 我科应用国产HB-1型机器人成功地辅助进行了如下脑立体定向手术:脑肿瘤内放疗、脑内血肿排空、脑内病变活检.此机器入主要由PUMA260硬件平台、图像引导定位软件系统、辅助立体定向及放射性药物注入控制等模块组成.手术结果证实,该系统设计结构合理,操作集成实用性强、定位精确且操作方便,具有广阔的应用领域,值得进一步开发和推广. Robotic-aided stereotactic operations were performed successfully, which includedintratumoral irradiation, evacuation of haemorragia and biopsy of deep brain. Domestic robot(BH-1 type) mainly consisted of UMA260 hardware platform, image guiding software, patterns ofassistance and control injection of radioisotope. The results showed that the design of robot wasrational, the operative integration was practical,the directive target was accurate. The robot isworth of developing and extending. There would be a wide application in neurosurgery.
