摘要
研究γ-射线对小鼠遗传学的影响及重组人超氧化物歧化酶(rhSOD)抗放作用.方法:实验用甲基纤维素缩集法计算淋巴细胞微核率,活体秋水仙素法进行骨髓染色体畸变率分析.结果:(1)4.0Gy γ线能明显增加小鼠淋巴细胞微核细胞率,微核率和骨髓染色体畸变率.(2)rhSOD可减轻射线所至小鼠淋巴细胞微核细胞率.微核率及骨髓细胞染色体畸变率,尤以照射前后给药为佳.说明rhSOD对小鼠细胞遗传学辐射损伤有明显保护作用.
To study the effect of -irradition on the cytogenetics of mice and the radioprotec-tion of recombinant human superoxid dismutase. Methods: The frequency of micronuclei was de-termined using the condensation method of methyl-cellose, The chromosomal aberration of micecells were determined using living colchicine. Results and conclusion: (1) 4. 0 Gy irradition clearincreased the micronucleated cell frequency, micronucleus frequency and the chromosomal aberra-tion (2) The radiation-induced micronuclei and chronosomal aberration of mice cells could reducedwhen rhSOD was injected. The best effect occurred in the group that the rhSOD was given bothbefore and after irradiation. This showed that rhSOD have notable radioprotection on mice.
