局部进展期乳腺癌新辅助化疗及保乳手术后放疗24例报告
摘要
乳腺癌的新辅助化疗是指对乳腺癌患者在局部治疗之前所给予的全身化疗，亦称术前化疗或诱导化疗。有研究表明，新辅助化疗可以显著地抑制乳腺癌细胞的增殖，减少新生血管的生成，降低组织学的分级。部分局部进展期乳腺癌患者经新辅助化疗后具备了保乳条件。对这部分患者进行保乳手术，局部复发风险高，术后预防照射目前还没有统一的标准。
