摘要
目的建立清洁级金黄地鼠种群。方法将普通金黄地鼠通过剖腹手术产的仔鼠经SPF级金黄地鼠代乳鼠哺乳,繁育建立清洁级金黄地鼠种群,并测定净化前后金黄地鼠连续3胎仔鼠与繁殖力相关的生物学特性。结果净化前后的金黄地鼠连续3胎仔鼠的平均初生重、产仔数、离乳率和胎间隔差异均无显著意义。结论已建立了清洁级金黄地鼠种群。
Objective To establish clean golden hamster population. Methods The newborn common golden hamsters delivered by caesarean section were breast-fed by SPF golden hamsters, based on which clean golden hamster population was established. The productivity-related biological activities of 3 consecutive litters of newborn golden hamsters before and after cleaning were determined. Results The mean birth weight, number of offspring, weaning rate and interval between litters of golden hamsters after cleaning showed no significant difference with those before cleaning. Conclusion A clean golden hamster population was successfully established.
