摘要 目的评价三种脱敏剂对四种水门汀粘接强度的影响。方法对96个离体牙片进行牙体预备,暴露牙本质,并分别涂用脱敏剂Gluma、SingleBond2、BisBlock,对照组不涂脱敏剂,共四组。用水门汀粘固镍铬合金铸件于脱敏处理后的牙本质表面。根据水门汀的不同每组再分为4小组:聚羧酸锌水门汀组(ZPCC)、玻璃离子水门汀组(GIC)、树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀组(RMGIC)、树脂水门汀(RC)组,每小组6个样本。对所有样本进行剪切实验,记录剪切强度及离断类型。所得剪切强度进行单因素方差分析,离断面类型统计分析采用Pearson’s卡方检验(α=0.05)。结果SingleBond2脱敏剂显著降低ZPCC和GIC的剪切强度(分别下降至对照组的10%和6%),但提高了RMGIC和RC的剪切强度;Gluma和BisBlock提高了RMGIC和RC的剪切强度,虽然轻度降低ZPCC和GIC的剪切强度,但与对照组差别无统计学意义。结论脱敏剂对水门汀粘接强度的影响与其产品成分有关;Gluma和BisBlock脱敏剂可与所有实验中水门汀联合应用;避免SingleBond2和ZPCC、GIC联合应用。 Objective To evaluate the effects of 3 desensitizers on bonding strength of 4 cements. Methods 96 semi-teeth were operated to expose the dentin. We applied the desensitizer-Gluma, SingleBond2, BisBlock to the pretreated teeth at random, but we treated the control group with no desensitizer. Then we cemented Ni-Cr alloy castings to the post-treated dentin with different cements-ZPCC, GIC, RMGIC, RC. According to the different cements,each group was subdivided into 4 subgroups. The shear strengths of all specimens were measured, and the failure type was recorded too. The shear strengths were analyzed with One-way ANOVN, and the type of failure was analyzed with the Pearson' s chi-square test (α = 0.05). Results SingleBond2 degraded the shear strength of ZPCC and GIC significantly to 10% and 6% of control group individually, but enhanced the shear strength of RMGIC and RC. Gluma and BisBlock enhanced the shear strength of RMGIC and RC, and lowered the shear strength of ZPCC and GIC, but no statistic significance was found. Conclusion The effects of desensitizers on bonding strength of different cements were related to the composition of desensitizer and cements. Gluma and BisBlock could be used in combination with all cements in this study. The combination of SingleBond2 with ZPCC or GIC should he avoided.
