摘要
γ线照射可导致小鼠细胞内外超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力明显降低.分别于照射前后、单纯照射前及单纯照射后给小鼠腹腔注射基因工程重组人铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(rhCu/ZnSOD),给药组小鼠细胞内外各抗氧化酶活力的降低程度明显减轻;平均活存时间和死亡率亦与对照组有显著差异.rhCu/ZnSOD的上述抗辐射效应,以照射前后联合给药组为最佳,单纯照射前给药组次之,单纯照射后给药组最差.
The effect of recombinant human copper and zinc superoxide dismutase (rhCu/Zn-SOD) on radiation injury was investigated in a mouse model. The results showed that rhCu/Zn-SOD could reduce the radiation-induced decrease of T-SOD, Cu/ZnSOD, glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and catalase (CAT) activities in both serum and liver homogenates of the mice. rhCu/ZnSOD can also increase the average survival time of the mice 30 days after irradiated by 7 Gy -ray. The best effect occurred in the group that the rhCu/ZnSOD was given both before and afterirradiation.
