摘要
实验研究高压氧对大鼠急性心肌缺血组织的保护作用.SD大鼠67只分为正常对照(NC)组、单纯缺血(NP)组、空气加压(HBA)组和高压氧(HBO)组.除NC组同样手术,但不阻断冠脉血流外,其他各组左冠脉缺血30 min,再灌注180 min,其中HBA和HBO组以空气和氧加压253.25kPa.测定各组血液心肌酶活性和电镜观察心肌组织超微结构.结果:1.各组血液心肌酶活性:NC组与NP组和HBA组相比明显升高(p<0.01),与HBO组相比无差异(p>0.05).2.各组心肌组织超微结构:NP组与HBA组的心肌细胞线粒体改变明显,而HBO组则明显好于前两组.说明高压氧治疗有利于缺血心肌细胞的复原.
The experiment studied the protective effects of hyperbaric oxygen on acute my-ocardial ischemia tissues in mice. Sixty-seven SD mice were divided into four groups at random.They were Group normal control, Group normal pressure, Group hyperbaric air and Group hyper-baric oxygen. All of them had been blocked the blood at left coronary arteries for 30 minutes andhad been reperfused for 180 minutes, except Group normal control. Group normal control receivedthe same operation with no obstruction of the coronary arteries. Group HBA and Group HBO wererespectively given 253. 25 kPa air and oxygen. After the procedures described above, all the micewere detected the levels of blood enzyme and super-micro-organization of myocardial tissues withthe electron microscope examine. Result 1: The levels of enzyme activity in acute myocardial is-chemia varied evidently in NP and HBA than that in NC (P<0. 01). After the treatment withHBO, the activity of enzyme were nearly normal (P>0. 05). 2. The super-organization of my-ocardial tissues: The mitochondria in myocardial cell of Group NP and Group HBA changed appar-ently. The mitochodria kept little change in HBO. has the protective effects on the myocardial is-chemia cells.
