摘要
阐述熔模铸造平板薄铸件变形的主要原因。发现横组焊时,由于距离浇冒口位置的不同,造成冷却速度不同,从而导致平板形铸件的弯曲变形量过大。分析了对于平板薄铸件采取竖焊法组树其截面的抗弯模量大,铸件大表面平整度优于横焊法组树。
Origination of deformation in investment casting thin plate was described. The deformation of thin plate can be effectively eliminated by adopting vertical welding assembling tree, which is superior to that of horizontal welding assembling tree due to large anti-bending modulus in cross section.
