抗磷脂综合征动脉狭窄性血管病的研究进展
摘要
抗磷脂综合征（antiphosphoiipid syndronle，APS）是一组以反复动静脉血栓形成、病理性妊娠、血小板减少、血清中出现抗磷脂抗体为主要特征的综合征。抗磷脂抗体包括狼疮抗凝物（LA）、抗心磷脂抗体（aCL）、抗β2糖蛋白Ⅰ（β2GPⅠ）等白身抗体，被认为是APS的主要致病因素。一般认为，APS的基本病理改变为高凝状态和血栓形成，并导致相应脏器和系统的功能异常。但是有证据支持APS合并血管病，并且导致动脉狭窄，可能与APS的临床表现相关。
