Improvement of the Accu-Roll and Expander Mill for Steel Pipes

介绍了Accu-Roll轧管机组的工艺特点,并针对此工艺存在的钢管内螺纹严重及产能较低的问题,提出了一种全新机组——ARE轧扩管机组。此机组既能解决钢管内螺纹问题,同时又能拓展Accu-Roll机组生产规格范围,并大幅提高机组年产量。该机组在烟台鲁宝钢管有限责任公司无缝钢管的成功应用证明:ARE轧扩管机组可以以相对较低的投资获得较高的规模效益,并且具有产品规格范围宽、壁厚精度高、表面质量好、工艺调整灵活等优点。

The process features of the Accu-Roll mill are introduced. Aimed at the defects of too much inner screw thread in pipes and low capacity of the process, a new type of Aceu-Roll and Expander （ARE） steel pipe mill was put forward. The new process can not only solve the inner screw thread defect caused by the Aecu-Roll mill, but also improve the mill＇ s yield and expand the range of pipe sizes. The fact that the ARE mill has been applied in Yan- tai Lubao Steel Pipe Co. , Ltd. proved that the ARE can not only achieve higher scale benefit with lower investment, but also possess advantages of wider product range, high accuracy of pipe wall thickness, excellent surface quality and flexible process adjustment.
