喷射成形高温合金FGH4096的热变形行为

摘要 采用THERMECMASTOR_Z型热模拟试验机,研究了喷射成形高温合金FGH4096在变形温度为1060~1180℃、应变速率为0.1—10s^-1的等温热压缩变形行为。试验表明,在1120℃以上变形的试样发生了动态再结晶;1090℃以下变形的试样发生了动态回复。喷射成形FGH4096高温合金最佳热变形温度为1120~1180℃,最佳应变速率为0.1~5s-1。通过表观激活能的计算讨论了喷射成形FGH4096高温合金热变形机制。 Isothermal compression deformation behavior of spray formed FGH4096 was investigated at temperatures from 1 060℃ to 1 180℃ and at strain rates from 0.1 s^-1 to 10 s^-1 using a THERMECMASTOR_Z simulation machine. The tests show that the dynamic recrystallization would occur in samples deformed when temperature was above 1 120℃ and the dynamic recovery would occur when temperature dropped to below 1 090℃. The optimal hot deformation parameters for the FGH4096 were in the temperature range from 1 120℃ to 1180℃ and the strain rate range from 0.1 s^- 1 to 5 s^- 1 The deformation mechanisms of the spray formed FGH4096 were discussed on the basis of the calculation of the apparent activated energy.
