绝经前后女性正常卵巢及子宫内膜^(18)氟去氧葡萄糖PET/CT显像研究 被引量:1

^(18)FDG PET/CT imaging of ovaries and endometria in pre-and post-menopausal females

摘要 目的:研究绝经前后女性正常卵巢及子宫内膜的18氟去氧葡萄糖(18FDG)PET/CT显像表现。方法:共有110例患者,其中44例育龄期女性、58例绝经后女性和8例继发性闭经女性,接受了18FDG PET/CT全身显像。110例患者均无妇科恶性肿瘤病史。卵巢及子宫内膜对18FDG的摄取程度依靠视觉观察,结合半定量分析即标准摄取值(SUV)综合判断。结果:在月经期和排卵期的女性其子宫内膜对18FDG的摄取最高,其SUV为3.51±1.09,而增殖期和分泌期女性为2.47±0.76。绝经后女性和继发性闭经的女性分别为1.56±0.34和1.62±0.18。13例绝经前女性出现卵巢对18FDG的高摄取,这些女性的生理周期均位于排卵期前后4 d内,平均SUV为3.96±0.71。结论:绝经前女性其卵巢和子宫内膜对18FDG摄取程度呈现周期性变化。为避免混淆生理性摄取和病理性摄取,18FDG PET/CT显像应尽量避免在月经期及排卵期进行。 Objective: To describe the ^18fluorodeoxyglucose(^18FDG) PET/CT findings in the ovary and endometrium of pre-and post-menopausal females.Methods: A total of 110 women,including 44 premenopausal,58 postmenopausal and 8 amenorrheal cases,all without history of gynecologic malignancy,underwent whole-body ^18FDG PET/CT imaging.The focal ^18FDG uptake in the ovary and endometrium was visually evaluated by standardized uptake value(SUV).Results: The peak of increased endometrial ^18FDG uptake was identified in the menstruating and ovulating women,with the mean SUV of 3.51±1.09 and 2.47 ± 0.76 in the proliferative and secretory phases,and 1.56 ± 0.34 and 1.62 ± 0.18 in the postmenopausal and amenorrheal females.Increased ovarian ^18FDG uptake was found in 13 premenopausal cases within 4 days before or after the ovulatory phase,with an SUV of 3.96 ± 0.71.Conclusion: In premenopausal females,normal ovarian and endomentrial uptake of ^18FDG changes cyclically.In order to avoid misinterpretation of pelvic 18FDG PET/CT images,^18FDG imaging should preferably not be done in the ovulatory and menstrual phase.
