广州地区儿童肠道病毒71型分离与鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查广州地区2004年度EV71感染的流行病学特征。方法采集可疑为肠道病毒感染患者粪便、疱疹液、咽拭子和脑脊液标本,进行病毒分离和逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)特异性扩增进行鉴定,随机选取其中4株EV71分离毒株,对其VP1区进行核苷酸序列测定,并参考EV71各基因型的参考毒株和以往中国EV71的分离毒株进行同源性分析。结果全年EV71病毒检出率3.09%(13/421),主要集中在该年度4月份,13株均来自手足口病患者。4株EV71病毒株之间同源性高达97.5%~99.6%;与A、B基因型代表株比较,同源性在83.2%~84.7%,83.4%~84.7%之间,差异大于15.3%;与EV71病毒C基因型代表株比较,同源性在89.3%~95.1%,较为接近,差异小于12%;与国内以往分离到的11株C4亚型毒株的核苷酸同源性可达91.9%~97.5%。结论广州地区2004年度EV71感染的检出率较低,以手足口病的方式,未见其它的并发症,基因型属C4亚型,与近年我国大陆地区流行的EV71株在进化上可能属于同一基因。
