骨碎补总黄酮与骨质疏松症的研究

The research of Drynaria total flavonoids and osteoporosis research

为研究骨碎补总黄酮对骨质疏松症的治疗作用,笔者查阅了近几年来最新发表的相关文献资料,结合在临床中应用含有中药骨碎补的自拟方剂强骨饮的经验。现对骨碎补总黄酮对骨质疏松症在分子水平和细胞水平的治疗作用做一综述,以期对今后的临床用药提供一种新的选择。

Drynaria total flavonoids is the active ingredient extracted from dry roots of the quercirin. The Drynaria contains estrogen-like substances total flavonoids, and plays a certain effect on osteoporosis＇s prevention and treatment. Phytoestrogen, a kind of weak estrogen--like activity of biological material, can prevent and reduce bone loss and can be used as traditional estrogen replacement therapy for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. To better understand the role of Drynaria total flavonoids in osteoporosis, we do a review on Drynaria total flavonoids and osteoporosis.
