摘要
目的:探讨子宫内膜样腺癌组织Maspin基因的表达及其意义。方法:收集子宫内膜样腺癌标本35例,子宫内膜不典型增生10例,子宫肌瘤15例。应用免疫组化技术检测Maspin基因的表达。采用χ2检验对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果:Maspin基因在子宫肌瘤组织均为阴性表达,10例子宫内膜不典型增生组织中阳性表达2例(20.0%),35例子宫内膜样腺癌组织中阳性表达15例(42.85%),3组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。子宫内膜样腺癌组与子宫肌瘤组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。子宫内膜样腺癌Ⅲ期组织Maspin基因的阳性表达率为60.0%(6/10),高于Ⅰ期组织的36.0%(9/25);子宫内膜样腺癌组织中有淋巴结转移者Maspin基因的阳性表达率为100.0%(1/1),高于无淋巴结转移者的41.17%(14/34);但各组比较差异均无统计学意义,P均>0.05。结论:Maspin基因的表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的发生和发展可能有一定的关联。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the expression of Maspin in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissue and its clinicopathological significance.METHODS: Frozen primary tumors were obtained from 35 women with previously untreated endometrial cancer samples,10 atypical endometrial hyperplasia samples and 15 normal endometrium samples in aterus myoma.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Maspin.Statistical analysis was performed by factorial experiment and χ^2 test.RESULTS: Positive Maspin expression was observed in 15(42.85%) of 35 endometrioid adenocarcinomas samples and 2(20%) of 10 atypical endometrial hyperplasia samples,but not in normal endometrial glands of uterus samples.This revealed that the expression of Maspin was statistically significantly differenct among the three groups(P〈0.01)and between the endometrioid adenocarcinoma and that normal endometrium,P〈0.05.Maspin immunoreactivity of the tumor cells varied in incidence and density among tumors with different FIGO stages,tumor grades and lymph node metastases.Positive Maspin expression was higher in Stage Ⅲ endometrioid adenocarcinoma(60%) than in Stage Ⅰ(36%).Positive Maspin expression increased with the tumor grade decreasing and it was higher in endometrioid adenocarcinoma with lymph node metastasis(100%) than without that(41.17%).Positive staining increased with high FIGO stage,low tumor grade and high lymph node metastasis.However,statistical analysis showed no significant difference in Maspin expression among the three groups,P〉0.05.CONCLUSION: Expression of Maspin may play a role in the malignant transformation of human endometrial tissue.
