HPLC法测定麻芩感冒胶囊中的盐酸麻黄碱含量

Determination of Ephedin Hydrochloride in Maqin Ganmao Capsule by HPLC Method

目的:建立麻芩感冒胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:以乙腈-0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,磷酸调节pH值为2.7)(10∶90)为流动相,检测波长为210 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.4782-1.1158μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99996),平均回收率为99.12%(n=6),RSD%为0.82%。结论:该法简便、准确、无干扰、重现性好,可用于麻芩感冒胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定。

Objective： To establish HPLC method for determination of ephedin hydrochloride in Maqin Ganmao capsule. Methods： The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous（containing 0.2% triethylamine, the pH of mobile phase was 2.7 with Phosphoric acid） （10：90）. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results： There was good linear relationship between the concentrations and the peak-areas of ephedin hydrochloride（0.4782- 1.1158μg,r=0.99996）, the average recovery was 99.12%. Conclusion： the method was convenient, sensitive, accurate and reproducible for determination of ephedin hydrochloride in Maqin Ganmao capsule.
