2006～2007年黔东南州乙脑疑似病例乙脑血清抗体检测结果分析

Analysis of Serum Antibody against Encephalitis B among Suspected Cases in Qiandongnan Prefecture from 2006 to 2007

[目的]了解乙脑疑似病例血清乙脑抗体水平，为预防控制乙脑提供参考依据。[方法]对2006～2007年黔东南州各县（市）送检的乙脑疑似病例急性期血清及部分双份血清乙脑IgM抗体检测结果进行分析。[结果]检测202例乙脑疑似病例血清，乙脑IgM抗体阳性的150例，阳性率为74．25％。乙脑IgM抗体阳性率，有乙脑疫苗接种史的23例为69．57％，无接种史的104例为80．77％，免疫史不详的75例为66．67％（P〉0．05）；2006年的125例为84．80％，2007年的77例为59．21％（P〈O．01）；10岁以下159例为78．62％，10岁以上的43例为60．47％（P〈0．05）。[结论]应提高免疫质量和接种率，搞好防蚊工作。

[Objective]To understand serum antibody level against encephalitis B among suspected cases, provide scientific basis for prevention and control. [Methods]Examination results of serum samples collected from suspected cases at acute stage and IgM antibody of double serum samples from Qiandongnan counties from 2006 to 2007 were analyzed. [Results]Serum samples collected from 202 suspected encephalitis B cases were tested,IgM antibody positive was reported in 150 cases,accounting for 74.25%. IgM antibody positive was 69.57% among the 23 eases with immunization history, 80.77% among 104 cases without immunization history and 66.67% among 75 cases with unknown immunization history （ P〉0.05）. The positive rate was 84.80% among 125 cases tested in 2006 and 59.21% among 77 cases tested in 2007 （ P 〈0.01）. It was 78.62% among 159 cases aged under 10 and 60. 47% among 43 cases aged over 10（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Immunization quality and the coverage of immunization must be improved, mosquitoes should be effectively controlled.
