摘要
为了解决目前高瓦斯低透气性煤层消突困难的问题,从磨料射流的角度开发出一种新型防突设备。介绍了设备工作原理、设备总成,并通过实验室实验摸索了设备的主要运行参数,得出影响磨料射流割缝效果的主要因素——系统运行压力、割缝时间、磨料硬度及结构不规则程度。为设备进一步优化,提高割缝能力奠定基础。
Author have developmented a new equipment of Eliminate outbursts prevention useing stream of abrasive in order to solve the problem of high-gas and low gas permeability coal eliminate outbursts prevention. This paper gives the principle of equipment, equipment assembly, explored the main operation parameters of the equipment by laboratory studies, gotten main effect facts of abrasive jet slotting effectiveness, system running pressure, slotting time, abrasive hardness and structure irregular degree. It has established a foundation for further optimizing equipment and improving slotting ability.
