The Party＇s human-oriented ideological idea is an inheritance and development of Marxism values, which provides a guideline for Proletariat to change the objective world and remold its subjective world. As the leading core in local area, the Local Party Committee should ensure that the human-oriented ideological idea runs through the ruling ability construction. Strengthening the ruling ability construction of the Local Party Committee with innovative spirit is not only consistent to the inheritance of Marxism values and the practice of reform and opening up, but also unified with the spirit of the times in realizing human overall development.
