师专升本院校教师教育实践教学的优化与创新——基于国内3所师范大学经验的思考

摘要 目前,师专升本院校普遍存在着重理论、轻实践,重知识、轻能力的倾向,以及实践教学形式单一,内容陈旧、体系缺陷等问题,这严重影响了实践教学的质量。通过对3所师范大学实践教学模式的介绍与思考,其在实践教学的组织与管理、师资队伍建设等方面的经验对我们有重要参考和借鉴价值。 At present, less attention to the practice and too much importance to the theory and knowledge teaching is a universal problem in universities upgraded from normal colleges. Single mode, outdated content and fragment system has a negative effect on the practical teaching quality. The practical teaching mode of three normal universities offer us much advice on organization and management, faculty building of practical teaching.
