高校的根本任务是坚持以人为本,促进人的全面发展,所以,高校必须牢固树立以人为本的科学育人观。主要从以下4方面做出努力:适应形势,转变办学理念;关注热点,解决实际问题;因材施教,尊重个性发挥;拓展空间,发挥主体作用。

In order to focus on the needs of the students and all-round development, the university must stick to the humanistic and scientific concept. It can attempt to adjust to the new situations and change the educating concept, solve the hot issues in the students, teach students in accordance of their aptitude, enlarge the vision of the students, and educate in student-centered way.
