肝脏卵圆细胞向胰岛β细胞分化的研究现状 被引量：1

摘要 糖尿病是由于胰岛素分泌或作用不足引起以血糖增高为主要特征的代谢性疾病，糖尿病严重威胁人类的健康和生命，其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。对于糖尿病的治疗多采用药物和外源性胰岛素替代的治疗方法，但仍缺乏根治方法。
