摘要
对近年来柚皮苷生物活性研究及其药代动力学的最新进展进行总结,包括抗氧化性,降血脂作用,增加其它药物生物利用度,抗肿瘤,抗过敏,祛痰止咳等,药代动力学研究主要集中血药浓度和代谢产物的测定。
This paper summarized the recent development of the pharmacological activities and the Pharmacokinetics of naringin, such as antioxidant, reducing serum lipid, increasing the bioavailability of other drags, anti-tumor effect, anti-allergy effect, removing phlegm1 and relieving cough, ect. The research of pharmacokinetics is focused on detemination of the blood drug concentration and metabolites.
