关于国有煤炭企业医保制度改革的思考

按：胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大报告中把“建立基本医疗卫生制度，提高全民建康水平”做为全面建设小康社会的重要任务。搞好国有企业医疗保障是保证职工生活幸福、企业健康发展、建设小康社会的重要组成部分。目前企业医疗制度面临着诸多问题，笔者通过对冀中能源井陉矿业集团公司医疗保障状况的调查研究，揭露了这方面深层次的矛盾，针对性地提出了一些改进意见。
