Equipment Management of Hydropower Construction Enterprise

施工企业的设备是企业进行生产的主要手段,是企业提高劳动生产率和取得经济效益的重要物质基础,随着设备资产占企业总资产的比例逐步提高,设备管理已成为企业三大管理要素(人、财、物)的重点。目前,施工企业普遍存在利润率低下的问题,管好、用好施工设备已成为企业盘活固定资产,提高利润水平的一个重要途径和手段,设备管理水平的提高势必对企业的快速发展产生积极的推动作用。

Equipment is main production means of a construction enterprise and the important material base for improving labour productivity and gaining economical benefits.With larger and larger proportion of equipment asset in the total asset of the enterprise,the equipment management becomes more important in three major elements (human resources,finance and material) in enterprise management.At present,general problem for construction enterprise is low profit rate,therefore,appropriate management and usage of construction equipment is an important way and means to revitalize the fixed assets and raise profit level,hence certainly promotes rapid development of the construction enterprise.
